The Thick-billed Lark is a pale, dry-country lark with a notably large bill. It searches for food close to the ground.
Its large bill is distinctive, and the cheeks and breast are finely speckled. White areas show on the wings; males have more contrasting facial and breast markings than females.
It uses open, sparsely vegetated habitats in deserts and semi-deserts.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
