Hodgson's Treecreeper is a small bird of mountain regions from Pakistan east to China. It has a brown back and pale underside, and searches tree bark for insects and spiders.
Adults are 11–12 cm long, with a brown back and pale underside. The flanks usually lack warm tones, and the dull brown tail has no cross-bars. The sexes look alike.
It breeds in high-elevation conifer forest, especially where rhododendrons grow. It moves upward along trunks to pick insects and spiders from crevices. In winter it may move to lower elevations.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
