The Nicobar Bulbul is recorded in forest and gardens in the Nicobar Islands. It has a dark brown head and wings, an olive back, and pale grey-to-yellow underparts.
The sexes are alike. The uncrested head, nape, wings, and tail are dark brown; the back is olive, throat and breast whitish grey, and belly and undertail pale yellow.
It uses forest and gardens and is seen alone, in pairs, or small parties. Birds gather at feeding trees, although the handbook does not identify the food.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
