Tan Patches

Tan patches describes distinct areas of tan. As an example, the AKC glossary describes hound-marked coats as a white ground with tan and/or black patches, whose placement and extent vary by breed and individual. Red or yellow patches described in other breed standards are not automatically relabelled tan.
