The ‘Alalā, or Hawaiian Crow, is a medium-sized dark crow that formerly occurred naturally in dry and semi-dry forests on Hawai‘i Island.
Its plumage is dull black, with brown-tinged wings and grayish feathering on the throat.
It is an omnivore that eats fruit and insects, sometimes taking eggs or chicks, and can disperse seeds.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
