The Arctic Warbler is a small bird with a pale eyebrow. It searches among leaves for insects, and the population breeding in Alaska migrates to Southeast Asia in autumn.
The upperparts range from greyish olive to brown, with paler underparts. The Alaskan subspecies is greyer above and more yellow below than the Eurasian subspecies.
It moves quickly among trees and shrubs, checking leaves and twigs for insects, especially caterpillars. In Alaska it breeds in wet, shrubby areas and crosses the Bering Strait to Southeast Asia in autumn.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
