The Guianan Woodcreeper lives in humid forests north of the Amazon River and in the Guianas and eastern Venezuela. It climbs trunks to find insects and may join mixed-species flocks.
It is about 19 cm long, with a finely spotted head, white streaks edged in black on the underparts, and a long, slender bill that curves slightly downward.
It takes insects from trunks and bark in the middle levels and upper canopy of humid forest. It often joins mixed-species canopy flocks.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
