Dogramaci's vole occurs in the northern part of central Anatolia, Turkey. Researchers continue to examine its classification in relation to similar voles.
Its dorsal fur is pale reddish brown and its underside pale off-white. Compared with close relatives such as M. socialis, it was described as having a shorter tail and a deeper skull.
A 2016 regional review describes this vole as living at steppe sites near the Taurus Mountains. It provides a habitat description but no account of diet or daily behavior.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
