The Sula Cicadabird occurs in the lowlands of Indonesia's Sula Islands. The source uses Edolisoma sula and lists the pool name Coracina sula as a former generic combination.
Males are slaty grey with black lores and face and a dusky chin and throat. Females are similar but paler and lack black on the head.
It uses moist lowland forest, scrub, and plantations, feeding on insects and small fruit in lower forest storeys. It sometimes sallies for insects and often joins mixed-species flocks.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
