The Santander dwarf squirrel is a small forest squirrel from Colombia. Orange and black fur is reported, but taxonomic confusion leaves its ecology poorly known.
Its coat is described as a combination of orange and black. It is a small squirrel; no comparative size value is added here.
It is described as diurnal and arboreal. The account also says ecological information is sparse, so diet and detailed behavior are not asserted here.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
