Surveys in central Vietnam recorded this bat in forests and orchards near limestone areas. The paper says that its taxonomy and distribution still need clarification.
The 11 specimens measured in the survey had forearms 60.6–61.5 mm long. This is a sample measurement, not a range for all populations.
The paper lists vegetation around limestone, forest understory, and open orchard spaces as foraging settings. These are habitats reported from the central Vietnam survey area.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
