The White-thighed Hornbill is a large hornbill of lowland forests in western and central Africa. It feeds mainly on fruit in the canopy and often travels in small groups.
It is about 60–70 cm long, with a large bill and a prominent casque above it.
It feeds high in the canopy, with fruit making up about 92% of its diet; it also occasionally takes insects and birds' eggs.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
