A small bat described from Vietnam's Central Highlands and Laos. The description reports different coat tones on the back and underside of the examined specimens.
In the examined specimens, the dorsal fur was dark grey-brown to nearly black, while the underside was paler.
At the Vietnamese collecting site, males were observed flying low over a stream after sunset while foraging.
