The Tepui Parrotlet is a small green parrotlet of the Pantepui region in northern South America. Records show it also inhabits lowlands around the Venezuelan tepuis.
Adults are mainly green, with yellow-green around the eye and some yellow on the forehead and chin. The bend of the wing is black with a pale-yellow edge, and the bill is dusky brown.
It gives continuous, high-pitched tinkling notes in flight. A 1991 paper reports that it also regularly inhabits lowlands around the Venezuelan tepuis.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
