The Calabar angwantibo is a small primate with a white stripe above the nose and a short tail. It moves slowly through lower forest vegetation at night and feeds mainly on caterpillars and other insects.
The back ranges from orange and yellow to brown, while the underside is white or buff. A white stripe lies above the nose, and the tail is short; one finger is reduced.
It climbs alone at night and moves slowly through undergrowth and the lower canopy. It feeds mainly on caterpillars and other insects, and also eats fruit and plant gums. By day it rests in dense foliage.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
