Oberholser's Fruit Dove is a dove of Sulawesi. A survey in Gorontalo found it associated with forest compared with coconut farms.
It has a gray head, a maroon throat patch, and a bright yellow bill. The back and wings are green, with a golden belly patch and chestnut-rufous undertail coverts.
In a survey comparing forest with coconut farms in Gorontalo Province, the dove was one of the species significantly associated with forest. That finding describes sampled sites, not abundance across all Sulawesi.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
