The Bornean Whistler searches montane forest for insects and sometimes seeds. It has yellow underparts and olive-yellow upperparts.
It is about 16 cm long, with dull olive-yellow crown and upperparts, bright yellow underparts, and a blackish tail. Females have a more olive throat and breast; juveniles are almost entirely rufous-brown.
It lives in Borneo’s montane forest, usually at 900–2,000 m. It eats insects and sometimes seeds, feeding in small groups and joining mixed-species bird flocks.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
