The Olive-tree Warbler is a long, slender bird with a long bill. It breeds in southeastern Europe and the Middle East and migrates to Africa for winter.
Adults in fresh plumage have dark gray or gray-brown upperparts and a narrow white eye-ring. The underside is whitish, and the sexes look alike.
During breeding it uses broadleaf trees, orchards, olive groves, and hillside shrubs, and feeds mainly on invertebrates. It also eats figs in late summer and berries in autumn, then winters in dry woodland and scrub.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
