A small tyrannulet recorded in Minas Gerais, Brazil. In the study, birds used dry and gallery forests and searched for arthropods in tall trees.
The adult male specimen collected in 1995 had a yellow-green back, an ochre forehead, yellow underparts, and two faint wing bars.
Fieldworkers saw pairs, a family party, and lone birds in dry and gallery forests; birds caught arthropods among branches of tall trees.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
