A small slow loris that is active in trees at night and eats tree sap, nectar, and insects. Its behavior in the wild is still not well understood.
It has thick reddish-brown fur, lighter fur on the face and belly, and large yellow eyes with dark patches around them. The winter coat becomes paler and has silver tips.
It is nocturnal and spends most of its time in trees, eating tree sap, gum, nectar, and insects. In cold winters it may enter torpor and become less active.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
