This small mouse-deer lives on Philippine islands and is marked by dark fur and three white throat stripes.
Its dark-brown coat contrasts with three narrow white lines running from the chin down the throat.
It is nocturnal and hides in dense forest vegetation by day. It is usually solitary, though pairs are sometimes seen.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
