The ornate titi is a small monkey of forests in eastern Colombia. Its reddish-orange chest and belly, white forehead stripe, and bushy tail stand out.
Most of the chest and belly are bright reddish orange, while the back is grizzled brownish gray. It has a white forehead stripe, white ear tips, and pale gray-white hands and feet.
Fruit makes up most of its diet, and it also eats insects such as beetles. It is often active in the morning and rests during hot afternoons.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
