Bickham's little yellow bat is a small species recorded in Pacific coastal plains and inland valleys of Central America. The original paper also reports records in riverine forest and vegetation near farmsteads in otherwise dry regions.
The dorsal hairs have dark brown to black tips and buff-gray or yellowish bases. The underside is light brown, and the ears are short and dark.
Records are mainly from dry Pacific coastal plains and inland valleys. Some captures were in gallery forest along rivers or vegetation around farmsteads.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
