White & Apricot

White and apricot combines white hair with areas of dull orange. The AKC glossary describes apricot as a dull, medium-saturated orange. The AKC Bichon Frise standard allows apricot shading around the ears or on the body. Colour exceeding 10 percent of an adult coat is a fault, while accepted shading should not be faulted in puppies.
