Schulz's round-eared bat occurs on the Guiana Shield. It was recorded in high forest at Brownsberg Nature Park in Suriname.
Wart-like granulations occur on the forearm, digits, hind limbs, ears, and noseleaf. The back is pale brown and the underside pale whitish.
At Brownsberg, two adult females were netted in high forest and palm-dominated high forest; neither was reproductively active when collected in April.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
