Adam's Horseshoe Bat is a horseshoe bat whose type locality is listed as Kouilou in the Republic of the Congo. A cave survey reports joint records that could not be separated from another species.
It is medium-sized, with large brown ears that are darker at the tips. The noseleaf is broad, and its long upper lancet has a rounded tip; the underside is usually gray-brown.
A survey at Meya-Nzouari cave reported R. adami together with R. silvestris, but could not assign capture records to either species separately.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
