The Laos langur lives in limestone forest in central Laos. At the study site, young animals showed varied coat colors, and groups were observed eating young leaves.
In the Phou Hin Poun survey, young animals ranged from yellowish or orange to black and white, while adults had black bodies and black-and-white heads.
Field surveys in Phou Hin Poun National Protected Area recorded several occasions of langurs eating young tree leaves. During one morning observation, a group fed in the middle of the canopy.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
