A historical record places this warbler on Mount Moco in Angola. Laura Boulton's account described it as apparently confined to the montane rainforest of the Benguela Highlands.
The account describes a yellow-green body, a bright yellow eye-ring, lemon-yellow throat, upper breast and cheek, a white belly, and yellow edging at the wing tips.
The species account reports arboreal insect foraging in upland forest.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
