This bat is recorded in Bolivia. Its back is olive brown, its throat and chest are white, and its abdomen is pale buff.

One specimen was caught in a mist net over a small savanna patch surrounded by forest. Another was reported from a house in the Inter-Andean Dry Forest. The known sample is small, so these settings do not establish a preferred habitat.
