MacGillivray's Warbler is a small warbler that breeds in western North America and migrates to Central America.
In alternate-plumage males, a black hood, yellow underparts, olive back, and broken white eye-ring stand out. Females have a grayish hood and whitish chin.
It hops near the ground in dense thickets and gleans insects from vegetation and bark. It migrates long distances after breeding.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
