The red-bellied titi stands out for its orange underside and white tail tip. It lives in southern Amazonia in central Brazil and favors dense understory in wet forests.
Its back and the outer surfaces of its limbs are brownish gray, while the chest, belly, and inner limbs are orange. The tail is gray at the base and white at the tip.
It uses wet evergreen, floodplain, and freshwater swamp forests, favoring tangled understory. It can also live at forest edges and in disturbed forest.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
