The Obi cuscus is an arboreal marsupial from islands in North Maluku. A survey around Obi recorded fruit in its diet and trees used as nesting sites.
In the paper's measurements of seven adult cuscuses (four females and three males), head-and-body length was 38–40 cm and tail length was 29.5–31 cm.
It is arboreal. The local survey recorded night activity, fruit in the diet, and several tree species used as nesting sites.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
