Glen’s long-fingered bat was surveyed in caves in northern Madagascar. During the survey, small groups roosted in holes in cave ceilings.
The wingspan of captured M. gleni in the survey was recorded as 30–34 cm.
The survey recorded groups of 2–8 roosting in small holes 5–10 m up on cave ceilings, sometimes sharing a site with other bat species.
In the 2005 survey in northern Madagascar, forearm length was 46–50 mm in ten bats measured.
The eight bats weighed in the same 2005 survey were 11–14 g.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
