A small bat studied in northeastern Brazil's Caatinga scrub and seasonal dry forest. Pollen and insect fragments were also reported from a small sample.
The five Ceará specimens examined in the study had off-white ventral fur.
Among five Ceará specimens, two contained Bauhinia ungulata pollen and one contained lepidopteran scales. These specimen records indicate flower-resource use and insect ingestion, but do not measure the overall diet.
An extinction-risk assessment has not been added yet.
